1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the ph777 platform, including the ph777.cx website, mobile application, and all related services. These Terms take effect from the date you register as a member or from the date you first use our services, whichever is earlier.

2 Member Eligibility

To register and use the ph777 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

3 Account Registration

Each member is only permitted to own one (1) active account on the ph777 platform. Owning more than one account — whether in your own name, using different devices, or through another person — is a serious violation that may result in the closure of all related accounts and the freezing of balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including:

• Full name as per valid identification document
• Exact date of birth
• An active email address that you own
• A valid mobile number registered in your name
• A strong and unique password for your ph777 account

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. ph777 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account by a third party.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

Ph777 accepts a range of approved payment methods for the Malaysia market, including FPX, online banking, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow QR, and direct bank transfer. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Deposit: The minimum deposit is RM 20 and will be credited to your account within minutes after payment confirmation. ph777 does not charge any processing fees for deposits.

Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. All withdrawal requests that have met the wagering requirements will be processed within 5–15 minutes to your registered bank account or e-wallet. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

KYC Verification: First-time withdrawals or those exceeding certain limits require identity verification (KYC). You will need to upload a copy of your valid MyKad or passport. This process is typically completed within 24 business hours.

• Ph777 reserves the right to request additional verification for any transaction deemed unusual.
• Deposited funds must be used for gaming purposes only and may not be transferred to other members.
• Any attempt to withdraw using a payment method different from the original deposit method will be declined for security reasons.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

• Damage or loss caused by viruses, malware, or unauthorized access to your system.
• Game results disputed after being verified by a certified RNG system.

In no event shall ph777's total liability to you exceed the net deposit amount you made in the 30 days prior to the claim arising.

11 Account Termination

Ph777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any member's account without prior notice if there is evidence or suspicion that the member has:

• Violating any section of these Terms and Conditions
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or the KYC process
• Engaging in fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity

• Registering more than one account

If an account is terminated due to a violation, any remaining balance may be held while an investigation is conducted. ph777 will communicate the outcome of the investigation within a reasonable timeframe.

Members may also choose to close their own account by contacting customer support. Valid balances will be returned after all withdrawal conditions have been met.
